Russell Broom is the Vice President of PeopleSoft Strategy and HCM Development at Oracle. He has been with Oracle/PeopleSoft since 1995 and has a long history in the information technology and services industry. He is an accomplished software architect and application evangelist with a demonstrated history of over 35 years.  His experience spans roles in development, consulting, support, management, and pre-sales and he is skilled in application architecture, design, development, lifecycle management, security, data privacy, user experience, and accessibility.

Russell leads the PeopleSoft Strategy organization and PeopleSoft HCM, ELM, and CRM Development teams based in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Spain, and India who bring new features, legislative/regulatory updates, and new technology to our PeopleSoft customers.

Mike Krajicek is the Vice President of PeopleSoft PeopleTools Development at Oracle. He has been with Oracle/PeopleSoft since 1996 and has over 30 years of experience in Enterprise Software and Architecture Development.

Mike leads the PeopleTools Development organization and is responsible for the foundation upon which all PeopleSoft applications are built and maintained, providing the tools and technologies necessary to create, customize, and manage these applications effectively.  Mike’s teams are based in North America and India, and cover Core PeopleTools, Platform Tools, Data Science Tools, Reporting and Integration Tools, Administration Tools, Lifecycle Tools and PeopleSoft Cloud Manager.
